What does the TH stand for in a chester hallmark on a gold mourning brooch? - mourning brooch

I recently purchased a duel of former 9 ct yellow gold brooch set with rose cut diamonds installed at the front and rear, either a hair or a photo. The seal is Chester date is 1909 or 1907 and (TC makers mark although this could be an MC, but I do not think). I researched, but do not know for myself that is responsible for the brand. Can someone explain or point me in the direction of a site that could clarify?
