Sounds like one of two things. in the vicinity of the flashtube or transfer of slots (which together form the element that all burners is crossed) is a sensor. If your unit is cycling, the sensor can not reach the voltage specified on fire (if fire is a conductor). If this happens in the windy days in May have an issue of ventilation. The other problem could be that the sensor itself is dirty or not in the flame. In addition, the transfer tube can be connected at this time.
